US President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart Zelensky discussed, on Wednesday, the chances of achieving peace.
Trump said: "I just had a call with Ukrainian President Zelensky, a man who wants peace."
For his part, the Ukrainian president's office said: "The call between Zelensky and Trump lasted about an hour and they discussed the chances of achieving peace."
Zelensky said: "I agreed with President Trump to have more future contacts and meetings between us," adding: "President Trump informed me of some details of his call with Putin."
