INA – BAGHDAD
General Secretary of the Cabinet received a photo of the final statement issued by the Syndicate of Teachers regarding the demands that the protestors (teachers) made since two days ago.
The attendees in the Syndicate explained that this protest comes to fix and upgrade the education in Iraq.
Among the demands, the protestors asked to amend the educational process that guarantees a good future for the students and to provide residential areas and build a housing complex for teachers.
They also asked to give the rights and privileges of the teachers that they possess according to their classified job titles.
The Cabinet Secretary team that visited the Syndicate attached in the report all the demands to be processed by the Cabinet.
