Today, the Federal Supreme Court declared that it resolved 25 constitutional cases since beginning this year.
The spokesperson of the court Eyas al-Samook said in a press statement, on the sidelines of participation in the Baghdad International Book Fair which INA agency attended it , that “the Federal Supreme Court resolved 25 constitutional case since beginning this year”.
Al-Samook added that “the court sets important principles through those cases which include rights of lecturers in universities, legal defense, constitutional ways for Oil wealth allocation, objection to referees of federal court of cassation and other subjects”.
He mentioned as well that “the provisions of Federal Supreme Court are conclusive and binding all authorities according to article 94 of the constitution”.
