The head of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), Faleh al-Fayyadh, arrived today, Wednesday, to the Nineveh sector, to review the security situation and military preparations.

"The head of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Faleh al-Fayyadh, arrived at the Nineveh Island Operations Sector in the Popular Mobilization, to review the security situation and military preparations within the sectors of the 44th Brigade and the Hatra District affiliated with the aforementioned command,” A statement by the Popular Mobilization Forces, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated.

"upon his arrival, Al-Fayadh held a security meeting with the operations commander, Khadir Al-Matrouhi, and the commander of the 44th Brigade, Hamid Al-Yasiri, to discuss the security and intelligence brief and military fortifications in cooperation with the rest of the security forces within the areas of responsibility,” It statement added .
