Al-Shaab General Hospital officially opened its doors today, Saturday, welcoming patients across a range of consultative and emergency specialties.
A reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) reported a significant influx of patients on the first day, with medical services now operational across all specialties.
Earlier, Prime Minister Mohammed Shi’a Al-Sudani inaugurated the hospital in Baghdad, marking the completion of one of the capital’s long-delayed infrastructure projects.
The media office of the Prime Minister stated that a joint management framework has been adopted to oversee the hospital’s operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
