Iraqi Interior Minister Abdul Amir al-Shammari, accompanied by a delegation, arrived in Haditha district, western Anbar province, on Sunday morning.
The Interior Ministry’s media office stated in a press release, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that the minister will hold a series of meetings and review the operations of various ministry departments in the district.
The statement also noted that the visit includes discussions with tribal leaders and dignitaries from Anbar province, as well as meetings with the families of fallen soldiers and injured heroes to address their key needs and concerns.
