Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, the first deputy speaker of the parliament, expressed his deep concern about the occupation's evasion and its failure to fulfill its obligations and urged the sponsoring and observer nations of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon to put pressure on the Zionist entity to cease its repeated violations and provocations.
"We call on the sponsoring and monitoring countries of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon, to pressure the Zionist entity to stop its repeated violations and provocations before it is too late," Al-Mandalawi said in a statement obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
Al-Mandalawi expressed his "deep concern about the evasion of the occupation and its failure to fulfill its obligations, which threatens to sabotage international and regional diplomatic efforts calling for calming the conflict in the region, as well as revealing its criminal intentions towards Lebanon, and its lack of seriousness in ending its aggression."
He added that "all countries of the region are concerned today more than ever in taking the lead to address the grave danger that threatens their security and stability, in light of the continued crimes against the Palestinian people, the persistence of the entity with its aggression against Lebanon, and Igniting the fuse that leads to the terrorist groups in Syria.
