MOT: Mosul Airport completion reached 86%, to be opened in 2025

    INA - BAGHDAD

    The Ministry of Transport - MOT announced on Saturday that the completion rate at Mosul Airport has reached 86% indicating that it is expected to be opened in 2025.

    "The airport's tasks are limited to receiving and transporting aircraft as well as providing the necessary services for them, while the companies specialized in aviation and air transport are responsible for receiving and adding aircraft," said the spokesman for the Ministry of Transport, Maitham Al-Safi, to the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
