Deputy PM and Minister of Foreign Affairs - MOFA, Fuad Hussein, confirmed on Monday that Iraq's policy is based on establishing balanced relations, pointing to Iraq's commitment to providing all forms of support to enhance bilateral relations.
Hussein received copies of the credentials of the Ukrainian Ambassador, Ivan Dovkan, and the Indian Ambassador, Soumindu Kumar, according to a statement by MOFA - received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
During his reception of the two ambassadors, each separately, the minister stressed that "Iraq's foreign policy is based on establishing balanced relations based on enhancing cooperation in various fields, in a way that serves common interests."
He expressed "his wishes for the two ambassadors to succeed in performing their duties," stressing "Iraq's commitment to providing all forms of support to enhance Iraqi bilateral relations with both Ukraine and India."
