Hammadi: Holding the Arab Media Conference in Baghdad enjoys support from the highest levels

    Today, Thursday, the preliminary meeting was held in Tunis to prepare for the Arab Media Conference, which will be held next April in Baghdad, while the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Karim Hammadi, confirmed that there is full support for holding the conference from Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani.

    The meeting was held at the Arab States Broadcasting Union building in Tunis, where the Iraqi delegation was represented by the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Karim Hamadi, member of the Board of Trustees, Alan Abdullah, and editor-in-chief of Al-Sabah newspaper, Ahmed Abdul Hussein, in the presence of the Charge d'Affaires of the Iraqi Embassy in Tunis, Abdul Hakim Al-Qassab.

    During the meeting, the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Karim Hamadi, stressed that "Iraq is part of the union, and will be the successful and supportive part of it in all forums," noting that "holding the upcoming Arab Media Conference in Baghdad enjoys great support at the highest levels from Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani."
    He stated that "it was agreed to hold the conference next April and its details were discussed."

    Meanwhile, the Director General of the Arab States Union, Abdul Rahim Suleiman, welcomed the Iraqi delegation and expressed his gratitude to Iraq for hosting the upcoming Arab Media Conference, stressing his confidence in the success of the conference, as it is being held for the first time outside Tunisia, and Iraq was chosen due to its constant support for the union and the country's ability to hold such conferences.
