SCC: Death sentence for a criminal belonging to ISIS

    Salah al-Din Criminal Court issued today, Thursday, a death sentence against a terrorist criminal belonging to the terrorist ISIS gangs.

    The media center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the terrorist participated in terrorist operations against the security forces that were present on the Ishaqi River in 2014."

    He added, "The ruling was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 2/1/3/5 and in accordance with Article 4/1 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005."
