Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani chaired the regular meeting of the Higher Committee for Construction and Investment, during which investment projects across various economic and developmental sectors were reviewed. The Higher Committee for Construction and Investment also discussed key agenda files and made necessary decisions.
The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani chaired today, Wednesday, the periodic meeting of the Higher Committee for Construction and Investment, in which investment projects in various economic and developmental fields were reviewed, and the most important files on the agenda were discussed and the required decisions were taken regarding them."
The Higher Committee for Construction and Investment approved several investment and construction projects, including a range of residential developments for various segments of the population, along with industrial and service projects. Additionally, approval was granted for the establishment of Al-Qudra Service and Recreation City.
Prime Minister Al-Sudani instructed the Higher Committee for Construction and Investment to provide a comprehensive inventory of all previous resolutions it has issued, along with an update on the implementation progress by the entities responsible for the approved projects.
