Government Advisor: Real Estate Investment Forum is a critical step in the digital world

Advisor to the Prime Minister for Digital Transformation and Communications Hassan Al-Khatib announced on Monday that the government has paid great attention to the digital transformation process in various sectors, while pointing out that there is joint government cooperation with the private sector to develop the real estate investment sector.  
 
Al-Khatib said, in his speech during the Real Estate Investment Forum, attended by the reporter of the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "On behalf of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, I am pleased to welcome you all to the Real Estate Investment Forum in Digital Transformation."  
 
He added that "holding this forum represents an important step towards strengthening the real estate investment sector in Iraq and developing this field to keep pace with the requirements of the digital age," noting that "the government has paid great attention to the process of digital transformation in various sectors, foremost of which is the real estate sector due to its importance in achieving sustainable economic development."

He pointed out that "the adoption of modern technologies in this field will increase efficiency and transparency and enhance Iraq's ability to attract local and foreign investments."  
 
He added that "the government is aware of the challenges facing the real estate investment sector," stressing that "joint cooperation between the government, the private sector and experts will lead to the development of effective strategies that support in overcoming these challenges and achieving the desired goals."
 
 He pointed out that "the forum aims to exchange ideas and visions and work together to develop innovative solutions that push forward the digital transformation process in the real estate investment sector."
