The United Nations Interim Force in South Lebanon (UNIFIL) confirmed that its troops remain in place despite receiving a request from the Zionist entity about a week ago to relocate some of them, ahead of the start of its limited ground operations.
UNIFIL said: “On September 30, the Zionist army informed it of its intention to launch limited ground operations in Lebanon and asked it to relocate some of its positions,” while stressing that ”peacekeepers remain in all positions.”
