The Minister of Information in the Sana'a government, Hashem Sharaf al-Din, confirmed today, Friday, that the recent air strikes are a desperate attempt to terrorize the Yemeni people.
Sharaf al-Din said in a press statement: "The recent air strikes after the million-strong solidarity marches with the martyred leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and the people of Gaza and Lebanon, are a desperate attempt to terrorize our people."
Sharaf al-Din added, "Yemen will not be deterred by these attacks, and will continue its steadfastness in the face of the enemies. We will also continue to defend our country and our people, and our operations will continue.".
Air strikes targeted the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, on Friday.
Media outlets reported that "three air strikes were launched on the Yemeni capital, Sanaa. "They added that "four other aggressive air strikes were launched on the Al-Kathib area, west of the city of Hodeidah."
