Minister of Migration and Displacement, Evan Faeq Jabro, arrived in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on an official visit today, Wednesday.
A statement by the Iraqi embassy in Ankara received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said: "Minister of Migration and Displacement Evan Faiq Jabro arrived in the Turkish capital Ankara on a two-day official visit.".
The statement added that "she was received at Esenboga International Airport by the Undersecretary of the Turkish Ministry of Interior, Muhammad Aktaç, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to Ankara, Majid Al-Lajmawi."
It pointed out that "the minister will meet with the Turkish Minister of Interior, Ali Yerlikaya, to discuss frameworks for cooperation in the fields of migration and the voluntary return of Iraqi citizens."
