Iran's UN envoy: Zionist entity is pushing the region to the brink of the abyss

The Islamic Republic of Iran's UN envoy, Amir Saeed Erfani, confirmed on Wednesday that the Zionist entity is pushing the region to the brink of the abyss.
 
Erfani said in a speech at the UN Security Council session followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that  "Iran's missile attacks on the Zionist entity yesterday were necessary and proportionate."
He added, "The only way to prevent escalation is for the Zionist entity to end the war in Gaza and stop its attacks on Lebanon," stressing that "what the Zionist entity is doing is pushing the region to the brink of the abyss."
He continued, "The Zionist entity only understands the language of force, and any Zionist aggression will not pass without a response or repercussions."
