    The Zionist entity's army announced, today, Wednesday, the killing of 8 officers and the wounding of 7 others during the battles taking place in southern Lebanon.

    The Israeli media quoted the Israeli army as saying that "8 officers were killed and 7 others were injured, 2 of them seriously.".

    It indicated that "among those killed during the battles in southern Lebanon were 3 officers with the rank of major and 2 with the rank of captain," indicating that "Hezbollah elements opened fire at the soldiers from close range, which led to this number of deaths."
