The Syndicate of Agricultural Engineers announced today, Wednesday, the signing of a memorandum to establish the Arab Academy for Agricultural Training in Iraq, noting the importance of this academy in enhancing agricultural skills and developing the agricultural sector in the country.
The head of the Syndicate of Agricultural Engineers, Sadiq Al-Muhammadawi, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): that "The Syndicate of Agricultural Engineers has signed a major memorandum of understanding with the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development at the Arab League."
He added that "one of the most important axes of this memorandum is the establishment of the Arab Academy for Agricultural Training, which will be headquartered in Iraq," explaining that "the Syndicate of Agricultural Engineers seeks, through the establishment of this academy, to develop the professional capabilities of agricultural engineers in Iraq and the Arab world in general, due to its role in developing the agricultural sector."
He stressed that "the academy will contribute to the optimal use of modern agricultural technologies and the exploitation and sustainability of natural resources, which reflects the importance of the Arab Academy for Agricultural Training."
