Al-Shammari meets with the Ambassador of KSA

Interior Minister Abdul Amir Al-Shammari discussed on Thursday, with the Saudi Ambassador to Iraq, Abdulaziz bin Khalid Al-Shammari, joint cooperation in the field of combating crime in all its forms and exchanging information and expertise.

A statement by the ministry, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari met in his office with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Iraq, Abdulaziz bin Khalid Al-Shammari." 
 
The statement added that "Al-Shammari discussed with his guest enhancing cooperation and joint coordination in many important files, especially in combating crime in all its forms and exchanging information and expertise,he also praised the fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries." 
 
For his part, the Saudi ambassador stressed "the depth of the bilateral relationship between the two neighboring countries and the importance of intensifying joint efforts in a way that serves the mutual interests that serve the Saudi and Iraqi peoples."
