The National Committee for Writing International Reports approved today, Wednesday, the unified basic document of the Republic of Iraq.
The Ministry of Justice stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that, “Today, Wednesday, Minister of Justice Khalid Shawani chaired a regular meeting of the National Committee for Writing International Human Rights Reports, which includes representatives of the ministries and institutions concerned with this matter and the relevant official bodies.”
"During the meeting, a discussion took place among the members regarding the comprehensive twenty-sixth and twenty-seventh periodic reports, where observations were reviewed and proposals were presented on the topics contained in the two aforementioned reports."
According to the statement "In conclusion, the unified basic document of the Republic of Iraq was approved, and the committee decided to make the necessary amendments and continue updating the information in the report on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination."
