SJCI: Electoral Commission to accept complaints regarding the results

INA - Baghdad Supreme Judicial Council of Iraq (SJCI) called the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) to accept the complaints regarding the results of the elections. “This came as an official announcement issued by the SJCI according to article 8, law NO. 11, 2017,” Abdul Sattar Berqdar said to INA. He also added that IHEC to publish the issued decisions concerning this matter in order to be opened for any appeals by the Electoral Judicial Commission that has been formed by Federal Court of Appeal.
