The Minister of Education, Ibrahim Namis al-Jubouri, discussed with the Minister of Education of the Syrian Arab Republic, Muhammad Amer al-Mardini, today, Friday, ways to strengthen international relations to advance the educational file.
A statement by the Ministry of Education received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said: “The Minister of Education, Ibrahim Namis al-Jubouri, met with the Minister of Education of the Syrian Arab Republic, Muhammad Amer al-Mardini, on the sidelines of their attendance at the at the General Education Conference, Culture and Science Organization held in Saudi Arabia, where the two sides discussed ways to strengthen international relations and exchange “Experiences and visions to advance the reality of the educational process through participation in educational activities for both countries.”
According to the statement "Al-Jubouri extended an official invitation to his Syrian counterpart to visit Iraq and review the latest developments in the educational file, the development taking place in the field of education and the modernity of the systems used to achieve integrated educational sustainability."
