PM Receives Guests Offering Eid al-Fitr Greetings

Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani confirmed today, Wednesday that the government is working in all directions and stability has been achieved thanks to the blood of the martyrs.
 
 
A statement by the Prime Minister’s Media Office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated: that Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani welcomed ministers, heads of government agencies, deputy ministers, military and security commanders from various branches of our armed forces, as well as heads of professional unions and associations, and a number of tribal sheikhs and community leaders from Baghdad province, all offering Eid al-Fitr greetings.
 
Prime Minister Al-Sudani exchanged greetings with the attendees, praying for God’s protection over Iraq and its people, and for the sustained security and stability for our nation.
 
The Prime Minister emphasized that security and stability require a productive, stable state that fulfills its duties effectively. He noted that the government is working on these obligations in phases, focusing initially on services to assure citizens of the government's dedication and commitment to its program.
 
Prime Minister Al-Sudani highlighted that this government is not working in a single sector but is handling a range of issues across various sectors, including critical matters related to correcting the state's economic courses, which are under process and will significantly and positively impact the state's future.
 
Al-Sudani also mentioned the government's efforts in arming and modernizing the Iraqi armed forces, as well as developing internal security agencies. Enhancing the confidence in the work of service institutions and ministries will correspondingly boost confidence among foreign and domestic investors and businessmen. He emphasized that the attained security and stability are owed to the sacrifices and blood of martyrs.
