Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani stressed today, Friday, that professional journalistic work is a great responsibility and the greatest support for the government in its executive work.
Al-Sudani said, in his blog post on the “X” platform, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): On World Press Freedom Day, we affirm our support for all journalists, ensuring they can work without restriction or coercion, in accordance with our constitution that guarantees public freedoms.
Professional journalism is a major responsibility and a key supporter of government efforts to serve our people and enhance our country's prosperity.
