Anbar Criminal Court issues a prison sentence against a convicted person for the crime of wasting public money

Anbar Criminal Court issued ,on Wednesday ,a six-year prison sentence against a convict for the crime of wasting public money.

The Supreme Judicial Council - SJC stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that " the convict, along with other defendants from Anbar Retirement employees, trackers and key card contractors, opened the closed fictitious salary restrictions for terrorism victims "pointing out that "the convict was working as Central computer administrator in the National Retirement Authority in Baghdad.

The statement added that "the sentence was issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 315/ the last part of the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 ".
