PM: Services and health projects in Sinjar and western Nineveh

    INA - BAGHDAD

    PM Muhammed S. Al-Sudani announced on Monday, Service and Healthcare Project Package in Sinjar and West Nineveh Province.

    Al-Sudani chaired a meeting with officials and directors of service departments in Nineveh during his visit to the Sinjar district in the west of the province, according to a statement by the PM Media Office, received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

    The Prime Minister emphasized the need to expedite compensation for the people of Sinjar and to reopen government department branches service offices in the districts of Sinjar and Tal Afar and their related sub-districts, especially the departments of migration and displaced persons, civil status, national identity, and the Martyrs Foundation.

    He reiterated his previous directives that all efforts should be focused on restoring normalcy in the district, conducting a survey of the condition of school buildings in the area, and executing a surge of services in Sinjar, highlighting that the service projects in the district and its sub-districts would be closely monitored by him personally.

    During the meeting, he announced a package of key projects including:
    - A 100-bed hospital project in Sinjar.
    - The Rabia-Sinjar-Al-Ba'aj water management project with a capacity of 16,000 cubic meters.
    - Service and infrastructure projects in West Nineveh/Sinjar – Tal Afar – Al-Ba'aj valued at 153 billion Iraqi dinars.
    - A 50-bed hospital project for the North sub-district.

    PM Al-Sudani approved all the projects, mandating their prompt referral and commencement, ensuring strict compliance with the designated timelines and quality standards.
