Parliament looks into causes of delays in employing people who fall under food security purview

Parliament held on Wednesday a discussion regarding the reasons behind the delay of the process for employing individuals who fall under the purview of food security.

"The chairman of the Federal Public Service and Financial Control Council was hosted by the Parliament, led by Acting Speaker Mohsen al-Mandalawi," the Iraqi News Agency (INA) reporter said.

"The hosting aims to discuss the reasons for the delay in completing the procedures related to employing those included in the (31,000) job grades approved in the emergency support for Food Security Law No. 2 for 2022," he stated.
