The head of the Iraqi Media Network particpites in ASBU meetings in Tunisia

    The head of the Iraqi Media Network-IMN, Dr. Nabil Jassim, participated on Tuesday, in the meetings of the Arab States Broadcasting Union-ASBU held in Tunisia.
     
    "ASBU meetings were held in the presence of the President of the Union and the Assistant Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Muhammad Fahd Al-Harithi,"INA reporter said.
    Al-Harithi stressed in his speech during the opening session that “ASBU always seeks to develop its work methods in line with the development of modern media,” indicating that “this can only be done in coordination and cooperation with the Arab countries that are members of the Union.”
     
    For his part, the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Dr. Nabil Jassim, stressed “the effective role of IMN in terms  of news exchange, as it ranks first among Arab countries,” pointing out that “this would enhance joint Arab media cooperation in various fields.”
     
    it is noteworthy that the Arab States Broadcasting Union is one of the Arab organizations that was established in February 1996 in Khartoum, with the aim of strengthening ties and strengthening cooperation between the Arab countries’ audio and video radio stations and developing their production in form and content.
