Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani Receives the New Directors General

Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani met today with the new Directors General recently endorsed by the Council of Ministers.

The Prime Minister’s Media Office stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “During the meeting, Prime Minister Al-Sudani underscored that the endorsement of the Directors General was not politically influenced; instead, it was rooted in evaluations conducted by pertinent specialized committees adhering to professional and scientific standards. He emphasized the critical importance of their success in fulfilling duties, noting that no entity can shield them if they fall short in carrying out their responsibilities in the required manner”.
 
The statement added “Prime Minister Al-Sudani emphasized the imperative for all Directors General to live up to the responsibility entrusted to them. He urged them to prioritize serving the citizens and emphasized the importance of never neglecting this aspect in their duties”.
 
“Prime Minister Al-Sudani underscored that the new Directors General will undergo continuous evaluation. This process mandates them to engage in more work, serve the citizens effectively, and exhibit the capability to make decisions that support the work and plans of their respective ministries. The goal is to enhance the overall performance and quality of services provided” the statement continued.
