Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani confirmed today, Wednesday, that Baghdad exhibition represents one of the aspects of the relationship between Iraq and friendly countries.
Al-Sudani said in his speech during the opening of the 47th Baghdad International Fair with wide international participation, and was attended by the correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “I welcome brothers, friends, companies and businessmen to Baghdad, peace. The government has set a title and it was not a slogan, which is establishing real companies with brotherly countries.”
"Today was a special day, as in the morning we laid a cornerstone for the construction of a bridge on the Tigris River," indicating that "the process of development and work for a strong, stable and prosperous Iraq has begun. We are following the diligent actions of the Ministry of Commerce in registering companies." Al-Sudani said.
He continued, "We are proceeding with confidence in implementing the development road project," calling on "companies and investors to engage with the Iraqi private sector."
