The Salah al-Din Criminal Court issued on Monday, a 15-year prison sentence against a terrorist criminal for belonging to terrorist groups.
The Judicial Council stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "The Salah al-Din Criminal Court issued 15 years prison sentence against a terrorist criminal for the crime of belonging to terrorist groups since 2022," indicating that "the terrorist belonged to terrorist groups and worked with them within a military detachment in the Sharqat district, receiving a financial guarantee and processing ISIS supplements in desert areas far from the city."
" The rulings were issued based on Article 2 /1 and 3 and the indication of Article 4 /1 of Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005," the statement added.
