JOC: Iraqi F-16 aircraft target terrorist nests in Kirkuk

The Joint Operations Command announced today, Thursday, that Iraqi F-16 aircraft targeted terrorist nests in Wadi al-Shay in Kirkuk Governorate.

The command said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “With accurate information from the Directorate of Military Intelligence, follow-up and supervision of the Joint Operations Command, high-level intelligence maturity, and the continuation of security work in confronting terrorism and targeting its hideouts, elements, and hideaways, the F-16 Falcons directed direct hits at the terrorist nests in Wadi al-Shay.” Kirkuk operations, and with this operation our falcons achieved direct hits in the dens of terrorism and its defeated elements.”.

JOC aslo added, "Our brave falcons will remain on alert to target the enemy, its collapsed hideouts, and its defeated elements everywhere," noting, "We will provide you with the details as soon as they are received."
