Samara Operations announces the arrest of 125 terrorists in 2023

 Samara Operations Command counted, on Saturday, its proactive operations and arrests number in 2023.

Deputy commander of Samarra Operations, Major General Abdul Karim Hussein Youssef, said in statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that " Under supervision and follow-up from Samarra Operations Commander, Major General Ali al-Maliki, 800 proactive operations were carried out during  2023, resulted the killing of 4 terrorist elements, the seizure and destruction of 7 dens and tunnels, the arrest of 125 terrorists and 1317 accused of various materials", pointing out that "the operations also resulted the seizure of 21 kg of drugs, the seizure of two vehicles smuggled oil derivatives, the seizure of 261 stockpiles of weapons and the handling of one of the boats, and the seizure and destruction of 245 explosive and adhesive devices".
