Iraqi judicial delegation arrives in Tehran to attend the 2nd meeting of the Joint Judicial Committee to CounterTerrorism

    A judicial delegation arrived on Tuesday, in the Islamic Republic of Iran to attend the 2nd  meeting of the Joint Judicial Committee to Counter Terrorism.
     
    The Supreme Judicial Council-SJC said in a statement , received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "A judicial delegation presided by the head of the Judicial Supervision Authority arrived in the Iranian capital, Tehran, to attend the second meeting of the Joint Judicial Committee to Counter Terrorism."
     
    He added, "The delegation will discuss a number of topics related to the legal cooperation work program and issues related to combating terrorism," noting that "the delegation included the judicial supervisor, Judge Razzaq Kati Rasan, the judicial supervisor, Judge Adel Khudair Abbas, and the public prosecutor at the Head of Public Prosecution, Latif Hussein."
     
    It is noteworthy that this meeting is the result of the memorandum of understanding for legal and judicial cooperation concluded between the Supreme Judicial Council and the judiciary in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
