The Undersecretary of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sayyed Ahmed Al-Safi, confirmed on Saturday, that others have hidden hands that do not seek good for this country.
“University students are Iraq’s future project, and those who are relied upon to serve this country with all the energy and scientific potential they have," said Sayyed Al-Safi in part of his speech congratulating the Iraqi university students.
He expressed, “I congratulate the teachers on the graduation of these good graduates, as we ask God Almighty that your efforts will always be fruitful. I also congratulate the families of the students who made every effort to see these moments. I specifically congratulate those we are celebrating today. They are the distinguished students representing the future of Iraq project, which we hope will be the hope that comes true when the country needs them.”
“We would love to be at your service so that we can share this joy with you, and also so that you share with us our concerns and our thinking. We wait from the time you enter the university until you graduate from it, as we rejoice when we see these great energies continuing day and night in order to seek knowledge. We pray to God Almighty to protect you and guide you to what is good in this world and happiness in the hereafter,” he added.
He highlighted, "I am the happiest when I speak with a conscious class that bears the concern and understands the meaning, that you share our concern and our thinking of fearing for our youth about some things. I speak to you very clearly."
"Life is beginning to become complicated with its many tensions. Some of them may be spontaneous, but others have hidden hands behind them that do not seek good for this country. We are sad when we hear of failures or corruption that are consuming human energies, and we know that this will undoubtedly affect the character of this country, which we want to have a bright white image,” he included.
Sayyed Al-Safi, stated, “The Abbasid Shrine has worked for months to prepare for this ceremony, for the sake of the dear students who will begin work after they are getting close to the end of their educational journey, and we hope that they will be sufficiently responsible and preserve their national identity. One of their priorities is to serve this country with all their scientific and practical energy.”
