Our bodybuilding team is looking forward to winning the Asian title

Our national bodybuilding team seeks to win the continental title for the third time in a row during its participation in the (56) Asian Championship competitions hosted by the Lebanese capital, Beirut, with the participation of the best ranked stars representing (21) countries.

The head of the Body Building Federation, Fayez Abdel-Hassan, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The process of weighing the players and distributing them among the categories that were recorded in the tournament took place yesterday, Friday, under the supervision of the coaches (Nofal Hanoun, Ibrahim Natiq and Ahmed Qadir) who assumed the responsibility of following up during the examination period before Candidates ascend to the stage to be presented to the supervisory committee.

He added, "The players are continuing their preparations in the capital, Beirut, which they arrived two days ago, in order to prepare them psychologically and physically, in addition to following a special diet before the start of the tournament. It is expected that our national team will compete with China, Japan, Iran, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia and Lebanon for the first places."

And he stressed that "our national team players are ready to compete in the Asian Championship in order to add new medals to the treasury of the Central Federation within the categories (Physics, Maskler, Classic, Classic I want your country, I want your country, in the youth, advanced and master categories)."
