Klopp: Salah is not for sale

Liverpool coach, Jurgen Klopp, has decided his position regarding the uproar surrounding the possibility of Mohamed Salah, the Reds star, moving to Al Ittihad Jeddah, this summer.

Klopp said in a press conference today, Friday: “It is difficult to comment on media reports. We did not get an official offer, and if there is an offer, the answer will be (no).”.

The 56-year-old German coach added, "Salah is not for sale, he is a Liverpool player, and he is 100% committed to us.".

The Reds coach added, "Now there is another level, and it is not great, and I am not sure that this phenomenon (the resounding Saudi deals) can be changed."
He pointed out, "What also makes it difficult is to close the door to transfers in Europe, while it remains open in Saudi Arabia. It is a big problem. I also remember that a similar phenomenon occurred in Russia a long time ago."
