Al-Mandalawi directs the formation of a committee to submit a report on Iraq's land and sea rights with Kuwait

First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, directed on Tuesday,  the formation of a committee to submit a report on Iraq's land and sea rights with Kuwait.

A statement by the media office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "Al-Mandalawi, during his presidency of today's Parliament session, directed the formation of a joint committee from a number of specialized parliamentary committees, to submit an urgent report on Iraq's land and sea rights with the State of Kuwait, provided that a special session is set to stand on the issue in order to preserve the country's sovereignty and the historical right of Iraq."
