MOC announces the launch of the electronic reservation system to participate in the 47th session of the Baghdad International Fair

    The Ministry of Commerce announced the launch of the electronic reservation system to participate in the 47th session of the Baghdad International Fair.

    The Director General of the General Company for Iraqi Exhibitions and Commercial Services at the Ministry of Commerce, Adel Al-Masoudi, said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the electronic reservation system was launched for the sixth year in a row to reserve space, location and other technical matters to participate in the 47th session of the Baghdad International Fair, Which will be launched under the slogan (Iraq continues) for the period from the first to the tenth of next November.

    Al-Masoudi added, "The company, as part of its plans, has adopted the electronic reservation system, to keep abreast of developments and communication, to reduce routine, time, effort, and reviews in this aspect, in order to attract the largest number of participants at home and abroad.".

    He pointed out, "This system aims to form an integrated database on the nature and size of participation in the Baghdad International Fair, through an electronic map through which the participating countries and entities and the locations of their pavilions can be known, with all related information, as well as charts.".

    He continued, "The electronic reservation is done by entering the website (www.expo.gov.iq),
    logging in and installing the information required to reserve the hall and the required space, according to the proven technical and logistical information, and sending it to the exhibition company to take care of the rest of the procedures.".

    Noting that "the reservation is not proven except by paying the participation amount, either through the personal account of companies or individuals, or by issuing a deed to review the company, with confirmation that priority is given to those who pay first."
