Al-Sudani Receives Phone Call from Erdoğan

Today, Prime Minister Mr. Mohammed S. Al-Sudani received a phone call from the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, during which they discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them.

Al-Sudani emphasized Iraq's commitment to fostering regional and international partnerships for the economic development of neighboring and friendly nations. He also highlighted the importance of addressing challenges and promoting security and stability in the region.

The Turkish President emphasized his country's commitment to enhancing cooperation with Iraq. He highlighted the willingness of Turkish companies to actively participate in the Development Road projects, which present a significant economic opportunity. This collaboration aims to foster exchange, communication, and ultimately benefit the populations of both nations and the entire region.
