Iraq defeats its UAE counterpart and qualified for semi-finals

The Iraqi Olympic team qualified for the semi-final round of the National Earthlink West Asian Championship under 23 years old, after defeating its UAE counterpart, with a score (3-0), in the match that took place in Group A at Al-Madina International Stadium in Baghdad.
The goals of our Olympic team were scored by Bland Omar in the (25th) minute, Hussein Abdullah in the (73rd) minute, and Ali Muhammad Al-Musawi in the (86th) minute.
With this result, our Olympic team topped its group to meet its Omani counterpart in the semi-final round of the tournament next Sunday.
