First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Mohsen Al-Mandalawi expressed Wednesday to the Muslims and the Al-Sadr family his condolences on the anniversary of the martyrdom of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Muhammad Sadiq Al-Sadr and his two sons (may Allah bless their souls).
Al-Mandalawi said in the condolence text, issued by his private office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "We remember in these painful days, the heroic and courageous stand of the martyr Muhammad Muhammad Sadiq al-Sadr and his two sons (may Allah bless their souls) in the face of the tyrant of the era represented by the grave, destructive tyrant and his absurd and bloody regime." Until they gained the honor of martyrdom .”
Al-Mandalawi continued: "Remembering the history of the martyrdom of Sayyid Al-Sadr calls us to recall the most wonderful images of sacrifice and self-sacrifice for oneself and one's children in order to spread the culture of human liberation, reject injustice and falsehood, and resist the oppressive and tyrannical regime, no matter how powerful and dangerous it is. The goal is to preserve human dignity."
He concluded by saying: "my sincerest condolences , and may Allah have mercy on the honorable martyrs of the Al-Sadr family and all the martyrs of Iraq, asking the Almighty Allah to gather them with prophet Muhammad and his pure family, and to protect our Iraq from all evil, for He is capable of everything."
