INA - BAGHDAD Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs - MOFA announced on Tuesday that a Syrian delegation is visiting Iraq soon. The delegation is said to hold talks regarding reopening the Iraq-Syrian border crossings. "The meeting will discuss reopening Albu Kamal border crossing between the two countries," said Ahmed Mahjoob, MOFA spokesman. Mahjoob noted that an Iraqi delegation has visited Syria last week and presented the willing to start these talks. Noting that this border crossing has been closed when Daesh terrorist groups took control over it earlier.
