The President and PM stress the importance of approving the budget

Prime Minister, Muhammed S. Al-Sudani and the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, stressed the importance of approving the budget law.

Al-Sudani met on Monday, President Rashid where they discussed the political, security, economic, environmental and service updates in the country. They highlighted the ways to support the government program that is aimed at providing the best services to citizens and enhance security and stability, as well as the importance of speeding up the approval of the budget, as it affects people's lives and livelihood, according to the media office of the Prime Minister in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

The President of the Republic reviewed the results of Iraq's participation in the water conference organized by the United Nations in New York recently, and the outputs he called for in addressing the global water crisis, in addition to the confirmation of the heads and leaders of the participating countries to support Iraq's efforts in facing water scarcity in Tigris and Euphrates.
