Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani offered today, Wednesday, condolences on the death of Sayyid Sadiq Muhammad Baqir al-Hakim.
In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
"Those who, when a calamity afflicts them, say, "To God, we belong, and to Him, we will return" (2:156). Allah Almighty is Truthful.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of His Eminence Sayyid Sadiq Mohammed Baqir Al-Hakim.

We extend our sincere condolences to the honorable Al-Hakim family and pray to Allah Almighty to grant his soul peace in Paradise and his family and loved ones patience and solace.
