The Directorate of Intelligence and Security arrested 3 drug dealers in Baghdad

The Directorate of Intelligence and Security at the Ministry of Defense announced on Thursday, the arrest of 3 drug dealers in Baghdad.

A statement of the Directorate, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "through careful follow-up of the drug dealers' file and with two separate duties, the Baghdad Intelligence and Security Directorate's detachments, affiliated to the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security, and in cooperation with the First Division of Federal Police, arrested (3) One of the drug dealers in the Karrada district of Baghdad."

The Directorate added, "Judicial warrants were issued against them in accordance with the provisions of Article (28), drugs of the Penal Code, and various narcotic substances were seized in their possession, which were confiscated and the accused were referred to the concerned authorities."
