The Military Intelligence Directorate announced today, Tuesday, the arrest of (21) suspects, including terrorist cases in Baghdad, Anbar, Kirkuk and Nineveh.
The directorate said, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "according to accurate intelligence information from the sectors (intelligence and security) of the seventh, eighth, tenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, and twenty divisions, and in cooperation with intelligence and a force from the brigades of those leaders, tight ambushes were set up in separate areas of the same governorates, as it resulted in the arrest of one of the terrorists wanted by the judiciary in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 terrorism in the district of Hit, and (20) accused of various legal cases in the districts of Karma, Qayyarah, Mahmoudiya, the northern district, Al-Saitarat, Al-Tahadi, Al-Tun Kobri and Al-Iftikharat.
According to the statement. "They were handed over to the concerned authorities, according to the applicable contexts."
