Al-Sudani: We confirm empowering women and help them have their roles

Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani affirmed Wednesday the government's move to empower women and help them to take their full role.

 Al-Sudani said in a tweet on Twitter, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "A tribute to the Iraqi woman, the sacrificer, the maker of life and its joys. Congratulations to all women on their international Day."

He added, "We affirm our government's move to empower women and help them to take their full role in all fields, and for this reason, the Cabinet approved yesterday the National Strategy for Iraqi Women (2023-2030)."
