The Islamic Resistance, Hezbollah Brigades - Kata'ib Hezbollah - offered condolences on Saturday on the martyrdom of the Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

"We offer our condolences to Imam Al-Hujjah bin Al-Hassan (may God hasten his reappearance), Sayyed Ali Khamenei, the great Marja, and all the mujahideen, believers, and oppressed people in the world, on the martyrdom of the righteous servant and courageous leader, the master of the resistance and its knight, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and a group of mujahideen leaders (may God be pleased with them), as a result of the Zionist-American aggression in Beirut," according to a statement by Hezbollah Brigades - received by the Iraqi News Agency- INA.

The statement added, "Once again, the resistance front has lost a great and brave leader, in a treacherous operation with the same brutal tools that betrayed the leaders of victory in Iraq. However, his loss - and all the martyr leaders in the goodness - will not deter the mujahideen from continuing on the path of truth and supporting the oppressed. Rather, their pure blood will enhance the momentum of the battle and add greater sanctity to the path of confronting the arrogant regimes in the region."

"We are confident that the brothers in Hezbollah will become more determined to continue the Husseini resistance approach that will never disappear from their hearts, even after the knight of resistance has dismounted from his horse. They will remain on his path and footsteps, carrying his banner until victory, with God's help. While we offer our condolences to our brothers in jihad, the men of God and the lions of the fields in Lebanon, and to the family of the great martyr Sayyed, and all the families of the martyrs who ascended with him and all the free people in the world, we ask God Almighty to bestow upon them in His vast mercy and kindness, and to send their families and loved ones with patience and solace. Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return," included the statement.
